X-ray fluorescence analsyes

X-ray fluorescence analysis is used to determine chemical elements in various solid and liquid materials. The sample is irradiated with X-rays, causing the atoms in the sample to emit characteristic fluorescent radiation. This radiation is specific for each element so that the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the element composition is possible.
